Wolbachia MY

We extract high quality DNA from mosquitoes and other biological materials. Our process isolates and purifies DNA, removing unwanted components to ensure it is clean, stable, and ready for accurate testing. 

We use quantitative High Resolution Melting qPCR to detect and measure specific DNA targets in our samples.

This allows us to determine not only the presence of Wolbachia, but also how much Wolbachia is present, providing reliable and precise results.
